Question

Well last night I watched a video that really made me question my reality and It brought on a question of why I am here?

Lately my life has been... rough however nothing like this has ever made me lose sleep. And the worst part of It all was I was exhausted but I just did not want to sleep I felt like I had to do something. so at around 4 A.M. I finally fell asleep, I have to get up at 6 A.M. for school I woke up and felt like I just went to sleep.

However throughout the day the same feeling..... I was exhausted but something Is telling my body I cant go to sleep yet.

I came home today I tried to take a nap wishing that I wouldn't wake up till tomorrow however this wasn't the case.

I really am getting worried I have never not slept like this... this anxiety I feel Is just so different from any depression or other anxiety I have felt.

Because It feels so..... really I don't know what It Is but I have looked at some Insomniac symptoms and I really feel like I have taken on many Insomniac qualities.

Answer

I have received such messages.

I can tell you this. I sympathize with you.

Your lack of sleep could be caused by a number of factors including an emotional issue or problem.

I think you need to see a sleep doctor.

You should see one as soon as possible, in the meantime try and relax.

Change your daily schedule. Try new stuff and experiment with positive things.

Your friends could help you too.

I hope you get better soon. If you have more questions just use my contact page on the navigation menu.

God Bless.
