Please help me out.

Answer

Hello 9th Grader,

Melatonin is a substance in your brain that makes you fall asleep at night.

It does this by making you fall asleep when it is dark and wakes you up when it is daylight.

Melatonin supplements on the other hand are kind of drugs that yourdoctors give you when your the natural melatonin in your body is not enough.

I have tried to make this very simple.
