Question

What effects does Insomnia have on your family?

Answer

Insomnia is the inability to sleep for long or sleep at all. There are 3 basic types of insomnia. Chronic, passive and transient.

If you have insomnia, you will have side effects in the morning like terrible headaches, irritability and a bad mood.

This will affect your attitude and affect everyone around you.

If your family members have insomnia all together at once, then there is something major happening and a Doctor should be seen at once.

Insomnia like I always say is a symptom and not a disease.
